SAYA Youth have Fun with Math

On January 14, 2016, SAYA youth from Our World Neighborhood Charter School visited the Museum of Mathematics. Our middle school students gained insight on the everyday uses of mathematics. They learned how math can be fun, interactive, and be used in designing solutions. One of their favorite activities involved learning how a bicycle with square wheels works better on a curvy road.
